Our video production workflow
While projects can vary greatly in scope, here’s a general outline of our production process from start to finish.

Due to the varying scope of video production, we meet with every client to learn about their business, goals, target audience, desired tone and style, budget, and the best approach for us to meet those needs.
After the consultation, we send our clients a formal estimate detailing all necessary production needs, deliverables, and pricing. We require a signed agreement and a 50% retainer to move forward with production.

An essential, but often overlooked part of the production process, pre-production is where we put all the pieces in place to efficiently produce effective videos. Depending on the production needs, this often includes:
Concept design and brainstorming
Scripting, outlining, and storyboarding
Video asset and brand design: logos, fonts, lower thirds, color palettes
Casting + crew calls
Location scouting

This is where the magic happens.
Our production team brings decades of experience to execute the project vision efficiently and professionally while having a blast. The order of operations on most shoots looks something like this:
Equipment load-in, lighting, and audio setup
Talent rehearsal or interview prep
Recording of any necessary A-roll: interviews, dialogue, voiceover
Recording of supporting B-roll - footage typically showcasing the product, service, and employees

We are fully insured! We have commercial general liability insurance, equipment coverage, and worker's comp and would happily provide a copy for anyone who needs it.

We require a signed agreement for every project we work on. This helps clarify expectations and deliverables before proceeding with any project.

As required by law, we charge a standard 8.25% sales tax rate on all our productions.

As a company based in Houston, TX, we do not charge a travel fee for anything within a 50-mile radius of Downtown Houston. We love to travel and typically handle travel fees for anything outside this range on a case-by-case basis for all our productions.

We include FAA Part 107-certified drone services complimentary with all of our projects (FAA/weather permitting)!

Due to copyright, we require that all music used in our projects be licensed directly from the artist or a royalty-free music source. We use a royalty-free music site called MusicBed for all of our productions. If there is a particular song on MusicBed that you would like to use in the final project, don't hesitate to reach out to us and let us know! We will always do our best to include it.
