Houston medical, industrial, and corporate video production
Professional video content for CORPORATE and regulated organizations
UPTIME Films is a Houston-based video production company elevating medical, industrial, corporate, energy, and construction organizations with professional, audience-driven, goal-oriented videos. Whether you want to boost brand awareness, improve your website or business listings, educate clients or employees, or maintain consistency on social media, we produce professional videos across Houston that help teams communicate, train, and build brand credibility.
The videos we produce
The following section showcases the types of videos we produce for our clients, along with video reels from previous projects.
-
Brand profile videos are typically testimonial-driven and aim to highlight and educate potential clients or employees about your brand's background, offerings, and what sets you apart from competitors. They usually last 2 minutes and can be hosted on your website or repurposed for business listings and social media.
-
Commercials and video ads are short-form, attention-grabbing, visually engaging videos designed to increase brand awareness and reach broader audiences. They are typically 1 minute or less and can be hosted on your website, aired on television or in theaters, or boosted on social media or in business listings.
-
Product and service videos are shorter videos designed to quickly educate potential clients or employees about your products or services. They are typically 1 minute long and designed for your website, business listings, or social media.
-
Event promos and recap videos are a great way to showcase your brand's exciting activities and highlight key speakers/presenters.
-
Past client or customer recommendations and reviews are a major driver of purchasing decisions. Testimonial videos are a great way to highlight aspects of your brand through a third-party endorsement, delivered personally and authentically.
Interviews add a personal touch to any video and give a face to any brand. We often use interviews to provide a narrative foundation and supplement them with relevant supporting footage.
-
Website videos are a great way to make a first impression by visually showcasing your product or service at the top of your website (like the one you see at the top of this window).
-
Drone and aerial shots are a dynamic way to introduce a location in your videos or to show before-and-after conditions on a job site. We offer FAA Part 107-certified aerial and drone videography with any of our services (FAA/weather permitting)!
-
Modern social media algorithms prioritize vertically-formatted video reels over nearly every other type of content. Video reels are the best way to maximize organic reach and engage your audience in a fun, creative way. They are usually less than 30 seconds and are generally only meant for social media use.

We work with businesses, corporations, organizations, and non-profits of all industries and sizes. Our flexible approach allows us to adapt our techniques to fit any brand, and our varied portfolio showcases this. Here are a few brands we’ve partnered with over the past 8 years:
What sets us apart
We take pride in our filmmaking roots. As avid movie buffs, our instincts come from years of watching stories unfold on the big screen. Just as a good film relies on storytelling, every brand we work with has its own unique story.
Our commitment goes beyond production; we focus on truly understanding our clients' stories, mission, and broader marketing goals, and letting them guide every video we create. We measure each video's impact and refine our approach to achieve ongoing results. By blending storytelling with strategic marketing, we help clients drive engagement, enhance brand presence, and achieve measurable growth through video.
Our video production workflow
While video projects can vary significantly in scope, our production process and approach typically follow a consistent structure across industries. The following is a breakdown of how we tackle projects of all shapes and sizes:
-
Given the varied scope of video production, we meet with every client to learn about their business, goals, target audience, desired tone and style, budget, and the best approach to meet those needs.
After the consultation, we send our clients a formal estimate detailing all necessary production needs, deliverables, and pricing. We require a signed agreement and a 50% retainer to move forward with production.
-
An essential, but often overlooked part of the production process, pre-production is where we put all the pieces in place to produce effective videos efficiently. Depending on the production needs, this often includes:
Concept design and brainstorming
Scripting, outlining, and storyboarding
Video asset and brand design: logos, fonts, lower thirds, and color palettes
Casting and crew calls
Location scouting
-
This is where the magic happens.
Our production team brings decades of experience to execute the project vision efficiently and professionally while having a blast. The order of operations on most shoots looks something like this:
Equipment load-in, lighting, and audio setup
Talent rehearsal or interview prep
Recording of any necessary A-roll: interviews, dialogue, and voiceover
Recording of supporting B-roll - footage typically showcasing the product, service, and employees
Equipment breakdown
Wrap!
-
This is the stage where we bring the elements together with a fine attention to detail:
Backup, organization, and ingestion of all footage and assets
Foundational assembly and narrative design
Audio mixing + mastering
Color correction + grading
Optimization, export, delivery, review, and archival
